DigiYatra, सरकार द्वारा अभी दिसंबर में ही लॉन्च की गयी ऐप, जो इसी भीड़ और इंतज़ार की समस्या को हल करने के उद्देश्य से नागर विमानन मंत्री ज्योतिराज सिंधिया ने लॉन्च की है। ये एक ऐप है, जो हवाई यात्रियों को बायोमेट्रिक फेस रिकग्निशन टेक्नोलॉजी द्वारा पेपरलेस यात्रा करने की सुविधा दे सकती है। इस ऐप में मोबाइल नंबर से लॉग-इन करके, बोर्डिंग पास के QR कोड को स्कैन करके, आप सिक्योरिटी चेक की लम्बी लाइन से बच सकते हैं और अंदर भी ये आपका काफी समय बचा सकती है। मुझे इस ऐप के लॉन्च का पता तो था, लेकिन इसका इस्तेमाल वाकई में कितना सुविधाजनक हो सकता है या कितना टाइम बचा सकता है, इसका अंदाज़ा नहीं था। लेकिन अभी हाल ही में दिल्ली से गोवा जाने के समय मुझे वास्तव में इस ऐप को इस्तेमाल करना पड़ा। मुझे दो दिन के लिए Goa जाना था और हाल ही में मेरे एक दोस्त ने जो दिल्ली से हैदराबाद जाकर वापस आया, उसने मुझे एयरपोर्ट पर भीड़ के बारे में बताया और साथ ही मुझे DigiYatra ऐप को एक बार इस्तेमाल करके देखने की सलाह भी दी। अब ऐप खोलने पर इसके इंटरफ़ेस ने मुझे बहुत ज़्यादा प्रभावित नहीं किया। साथ ही डॉक्यूमेंट अपलोड या स्कैन करने में भी थोड़ी समस्या आयी, लेकिन ये स्कैन हो गए। मैंने इस पर आधार कार्ड भी अपलोड किया। हालांकि मुझे इस ऐप पर बहुत ज़्यादा भरोसा नहीं था, तो मैं टाइम से पहले ही एयरपोर्ट पहुँच गयी। ये पढ़ें: भारत में भी शुरू हुई DIGI YATRA : अब बिना डॉक्युमेंट्स के कीजिये हवाई यात्रा, जानिए कैसे करे रजिस्ट्रेशन एयरपोर्ट पहुँचने पर देखा कि DigiYatra का हेल्प डेस्क अलग है। और इसके लिए टर्मिनल T3 का गेट 2 पर लाइन भी अलग है। जब मैं वहाँ पहुंची तो उस गेट पर भीड़ कम थी और वहाँ मौजूद स्टाफ की मदद से, मैं बस वहाँ लगे कैमरे के सामने गयी और मेरे फेस स्कैन के साथ वहाँ मौजूद सिस्टम पर मेरी डिटेल अपने आप आ गयीं। इसके बाद उन्होंने मुझे गेट के अंदर एंट्री देदी। एंट्री करते ही मैंने दूसरी लाइन में खड़ी भीड़ को देखकर महसूस किया कि मेरा तो काफी टाइम बच गया। इसके बाद क्योंकि मैंने बोर्डिंग पास ऑनलाइन लेकर इस ऐप में स्कैन कर लिया था, तो बोर्डिंग पास वाली लाइन से मैं बैक गयी। अब मुझे सिक्योरिटी चेक वाली लाइन की चिंता थी, जहां सबसे ज़्यादा टाइम लगता है। लेकिन वहाँ भी मुझे सबसे आगे लाइन में जगह दी गयी, जैसे कि मैं कोई VIP हूँ और इसका कारण था DigiYatra में मेरा रजिस्ट्रेशन। अब यहां भी बिना किसी पेपर या ID को जमा किये, मैंने सिक्योरिटी चेक पूरा किया और इसमें लगभग 1 घंटे का समय और बचा। इस सबके बाद मैं आराम से वेटिंग लाउन्ज में बैठी जहां इस भीड़ को देखते देखते, मुझे समझ आया कि DigiYatra ऐप अब होना ज़रूरी है (ख़ासतौर से त्योहारों या ऐसे न्यू ईयर के समय में) जब देश में लगभग 2,500 फ्लाइट रोज़ उड़ती हैं। लेकिन यहां दिक्कत यही है कि ये ऐप अंतर्राष्ट्रीय यात्रा करने वालों के लिए नहीं है। साथ ही मुझे ये भी दिक्कत लगी कि Goa से आते समय मुझे DigiYatra का फायदा नहीं मिलेगा, क्योंकि अभी ये ऐप केवल दिल्ली, हैदराबाद और बेंगलुरु हवाईअड्डों पर ही चल रही है। मगर 2023 मार्च में ये कुछ और राज्यों में भी शुरू होगी और धीरे धीरे सरकार द्वारा से अंतर्राज्यीय यात्रा यानि भारत के अंदर एक शहर से दूसरे शहर जाने वाले यात्रियों के लिए सभी हवाईअड्डों पर उपलब्ध होगी, तब तक हमें इंतज़ार करना होगा । ये तो है कि ऐप बहुत काम की है, लेकिन जिन लोगों को इसकी जानकारी नहीं है, वो जब आपको एयरपोर्ट की लाइन से सबसे पीछे से आगे जाते हुए देखते हैं, तो उन्हें गुस्सा आना स्वाभाविक है। साथ ही ऐप का इंटरफ़ेस भी बहुत अच्छा नहीं है। कभी कभी ये स्कैन करने में भी समयसा देती है, जैसे कि मैंने बताया मेरा QR कोड एक बार में स्कैन नहीं हुआ। इसके लिए आप घर में आराम से बैठ कर एक दो बार कोशिश करें, अगर आप सोचें कि इससे टाइम बचेगा और वहीँ हवाईअड्डे पर पहुंचकर DigiYatra में अपलोड करने लगे और ये नहीं हुआ, तो आपका जहाज़ आपके बिना उड़ जायेगा। इसीलिए अपनी तैयारी पहले से ही रखें। चेकिंग के इसके अलावा उन लोगों को भी ऐप में डॉक्यूमेंट अपलोड करने से परेशानी होगी, जो अपनी प्राइवेसी को लेकर ज़्यादा चिंतित हैं, ख़ासतौर से तब जब हम रोज़ किसी बड़ी आर्गेनाईजेशन से डाटा लीक की खबरें सुनते हैं। हालांकि ऐप में आने वाली समस्या शायद नए अपडेट के साथ ठीक हो सकती हैं। लेकिन सुरक्षा की बात करें तो, फिलहाल यही मान सकते हैं कि सरकार द्वारा संचालित ऐप है, तो सुरक्षा की गारंटी तो मिलनी चाहिए। पर, इस सबमें मैं यही कहूँगी कि इसके कारण एयरपोर्ट पर मुझे समस्या भी कम हुई और वक़्त भी मैंने काफी बचाया।...
